SHANGHAI, CHINA – IMX will present “Autumn Finale,” a showcase featuring two notable bands from China’s independent rock scene: Nanjing’s Field Cooperative (野外合作社) and Luoyang’s Sunken Boat (沉舟).

The showcase will be held on October 23 as part of the official IMX 2025 Shanghai conference. The double-bill format gives each band a full 60-minute set to dive into their live performance and sound.

Featured Artists

Field Cooperative (野外合作社): From Nanjing, Field Cooperative is known for a sound that blends psychedelic rock with poetic lyrics. The band was nominated for Best Rock Album at the Abbey Road Music Awards (formerly Abilulu) and will perform a special all-instrumental set titled “Mirror” for their IMX showcase.

Sunken Boat (沉舟): Sunken Boat was formed in Luoyang and represents the growing music scene in China’s inland cities. The band is known for its atmospheric and powerful rock sound.
